RED PEN PREP Open the course

Two answers sound right. One is a trap.

Red Pen Prep is MCAT practice that shows its work: for every answer, the sentence, the table cell or the principle that decides it, and the name of the trap behind every wrong choice.

See it work Chem/Phys · 28 seconds

A real Chem/Phys question from the free sample: the tempting answer, the trap's name, the evidence.

  1. The question, and seven seconds to pick.
  2. A, the tempting answer. Its trap: Direction reversed.
  3. The evidence: the table rows that settle it.
  4. Every choice explained, each trap named.

Item 3 Your plan to test day

A plan for every week. Your misses, back in red.

Enter your test date and weekly hours: My MCAT plan lays out every passage, set and Trap Bank round week by week until then, and the red pen review brings back every question you miss after 1, 3 and 7 days.

My MCAT plan on a phone: Week 1, this week, Oct 16 to 22, 7 items, 2 h 5 min: CARS, Bio/Biochem, Chem/Phys and Psych/Soc passages, each with its minutes; the locked ones open with the Pass.
My MCAT plan: week 1, item by item, with the minutes. The locks are what the Pass opens.
Red pen review on a phone: Correct, you chose B. A step on: it comes back in 3 days, for step 2 of 3. Below it, what settles it: the table rows.
Red pen review: a question you missed, asked again. Right this time, so it moves a step on.

Make your plan now. You can see the whole plan before you buy; the Pass opens the locked items.

Item 4 Judge the work before you pay

Grade us first.

Everything below is free and complete, with the same correction the Pass gives you.

How we check. Before a passage goes live, its questions are solved again, blind, by reviewers who never see the key, and every answer has to come out the same as the key. That is our own internal check.

We don't have student reviews yet. They'll appear here when we do.

Item 5 The fine print

Questions

14-day full refund
Is this official AAMC material?

No. These are original passages and items written for Red Pen Prep, and the trap names are our teaching tool, not an official AAMC list. Use the official AAMC practice material too: it comes from the people who write the exam.

How do I get in after I pay?

Your license key arrives in your receipt email. Open the course, enter the key, and everything in the Pass opens. The key works on up to 3 devices or browsers at a time. Your progress is saved in the browser you work in.

What if it isn't helping me?

Give it a real try: a few passages, the prove-it step, the review of your misses. If within 14 days you decide it isn't helping you, write to our support address and you get a full refund. Once the refund is issued, your license key stops working.

Do new passages and modules cost extra?

No. New CARS passages and timed sections, and more Bio/Biochem, Chem/Phys and Psych/Soc passages, open on the same key as each one passes our checks. We don't promise dates.

How does the founder price work?

It's the same Pass with the same updates. One payment, not a subscription.
